We like to work methodically through a lameness case as follows:

 

1. Thorough history

         

2. Conformation assessment and palpation

 

3. Observation of movement

 

4. Flexion tests

 

5. Diagnostic Analgesia (if indicated)

 

6. Imaging (if indicated)

 

7. Treatment and Rehabilitation

 

We have worked on lameness cases in racehorses, dressage and eventers as well as in show ponies and minis, and are experienced in the different challenges each can bring.
